Each project is defined, scoped, and delivered with a team
that contains (but is not limited to) the following three
roles:
Project Manager/Systems Engineer (SE)
This team member is your point of contact and the consistent
thread throughout the project. He or she owns the problem
and the solution, as well as its delivery.
Interactive Designer
He or she facilitates design meetings between you and the
SE, ensuring the user or desired system outcome maintains
focus. The designer builds mockups and interactive prototypes
to benchmark project progress.
Technical Engineer
This team member is ultimately responsible for building the
solution. He or she vets the solutions against technical (hardware/software)
feasibility, performs the technical design, and builds the
solution/leads the team of developers.
When your internal teams need an expert or several experts
to plug into a project, our team members can be plugged in
and provide our services à la carte.
